LUCIA ToolScan
The LUCIA ToolScan system specializes in tool marks scanning and produces 2D and 3D images of the investigated objects. The device has been constructed with special attention to capturing images of highly reflective metallic surfaces. The included LUCIA Forensic software enables easy high-resolution image acquisition, archiving, and comparisons.
3D Reconstruction
Today‘s hardware performance and modern 3D visualization techniques (originally developed for PC gaming industry) enabled us to implement the 3D visualization engine to many of our software applications. Using the interactive 3D view in LUCIA ToolScan will make you think the objects can be touched by hand, of course in high resolution and magnified.
